Estimating and Project Management
Our Estimating and Project Management team works with owners and general contractors to effectively estimate the costs, order the products, and manage the process to ensure the successful completion of the project within the scheduled time.
Our installation department led by our Vice President of Field Operations who has been with DEA for 28 years. The crew chiefs directing the actual installation have been with the company 25, 21 and 10 years. They have installed hundreds of products and seen all the pitfalls associated with the various installation variables. Many times, we solve the problems in the field and relay the solutions back to the manufacturers who could not initially solve the problem.
Our staff includes Operations, Budgeting, Accounting, Collections and Administration in order to support the Sales, Estimating, Project Management and Installation departments.
Our sales team offers design and pricing assistance. We assist architects, interior designers, and facility managers with plans and specifications.
